Scope

This policy applies to the Subscrio website at subscrio.com. It does not govern third-party websites, package registries, source-code hosts, or documentation services that have their own privacy policies.

Information you provide

If you submit the contact form or schedule a demo, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, message, scheduling preferences, and meeting details.

Do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, API keys, payment information, or confidential production data through these contact routes.

Website measurement and cookies

The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and page use. The default Google Analytics implementation can collect session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, traffic source, and a client identifier stored in a first-party _ga cookie.

The site also uses Plausible Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement. Plausible's standard analytics script does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not store raw IP addresses.

When the site receives an allowed cookie-consent signal, its first-party attribution tool may store campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, the referring page, landing page, and first-visit time in an attribution_data cookie for up to 30 days. Without that consent signal, the attribution tool does not create the cookie.

You can control or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking analytics or other scripts may reduce measurement but should not prevent access to the site's public content.

Scheduling and security services

The Web Admin page embeds Cal.com for demo scheduling. When you use the scheduler, Cal.com processes booking details and ordinary technical information under its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to protect forms from automated abuse. Turnstile processes browser and device signals needed to distinguish people from automated traffic. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not read form entries or other page input.

Our hosting, security, and delivery systems may process request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, referring page, and timestamps to deliver the site, maintain security, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.

How information is used

We use website information to:

• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
• Understand which pages and referral sources are useful.
• Respond to messages, support requests, and privacy requests.
• Schedule and conduct requested product demonstrations.
• Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

Subscrio uses service providers to operate this website and its related communication and scheduling workflows. These include Google Analytics, Plausible Analytics, Cal.com, Cloudflare, hosting providers, and email-delivery providers when a website form sends a message.

These providers receive information only as needed for their services and handle it under their own terms and privacy commitments. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the site or its users, or as part of a business reorganization or transfer.

Retention

We keep direct communications and demo information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the business relationship, keep necessary records, and meet legal obligations. Analytics and security information is retained according to the applicable service configuration and provider policies. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information. You may also be able to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

Use the contact form and choose Privacy request. Include enough information for us to understand the request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or transmission method is completely secure. The site is intended for software professionals and business users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

International processing

Subscrio and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections and legal requirements may differ from those in your location.
